Today I happened upon two sites that allow you to download free audio books.
The first one is full of most of the classics. I'm downloading Anne of Green Gables now.

The second is a 14 day free trial and appears to have more modern books, including a well stocked Kids & Young Adults section.

Purple is the new color!
I don't know about you, but I want to live to meet my great-great grandkids. According to this article http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/health/4-surprising-signs-you-ll-live-a-long-time-290919/ consuming purple foods has a fantastic effect on your body because of the polyphenols (compounds that reduce heart disease and possibly Alzheimer's.) That's enough for me to here! I knew there was a good reason to break out the Pinot today!
